Blueberry Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • Filling
    • 1 cup sour cream (we use our homemade goat milk yogurt here instead)
    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1 egg beaten
    • 2 1/2 cups fresh Blueberries
  • Topping
    • 3 tablespoons flour
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
    • 3 tablespoons chopped nuts or oatmeal

Directions

  1. Mix filling together for 5 minutes, then fold in blueberries.
  2. Pour into an unbaked 9" pie shell and bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle on topping and bake for 10 minutes more. Chill and serve! Note: keep pie refrigerated.
